Lion's Villa is 3-level-villa of 220 sq.m. built with its spacious area of 1.300 sq.m. decorated in traditional Greek style.
Villa Lion is located on the second peninsula of Halkidiki, Sithonia near the Nikiti village. The villa has a spacious area among with a Swimming Pool with panoramic view of the sea, sauna and hammam, private parking and a plot. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.

On the ground floor of the building is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with one double bed and a bathroom.  There is also a fully equipped separate studio room with another entrance, a bathroom and a small kitchen, suitable for the stuff.

On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a mini kitchen, a
bedroom with one double bed, and a bathroom.

 On the second floor there is an attic bedroom with two single beds, suitable for children, a private bathroom, a terrace overlooking the Kelyfos island and a balcony overlooking the olive groves and the sea.

 Villa Lion is the perfect place for a private holiday away from the hustle and bustle. It is located in the distance of 2-10 kilometers away from the nicest beaches of Sithonia and beautiful villages such as Nikiti, Vourvourou and Marmaras. There you will find a wide range of entertainment such as nightclubs, restaurants, casinos and beach bars for every taste.
