3rd bedroom: 2 single beds (for 2 guests)
Living room: 1 double sofa bed (for 2 guests)

- Villa Niki, which is on the first floor of the building (the same building with Villa Maria) and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests:
1st bedroom: 1 double bed (1,60m width) (for 2 guests)
2nd bedroom: 2 single beds (for 2 guests)
Living room: 1 double sofa bed (for 2 guests)

- Villa Xenia, which is standing alone on a separate private building on the other side of the plot, 50m away from Villa Maria & Niki.
Villa Xenia can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests:
1st bedroom: 1 double bed (1,60m width) (for 2 guests)
2nd bedroom: 1 double bed (1,60m width) (for 2 guests)
3rd bedroom: 2 single beds (for 2 guests)
Living room: 1 double sofa bed (for 2 guests)
